JCB Hotel

I love the reception of the staff at the front desk, and the staff who cleaned out room also. The mattress was comfortable, light was stable and the romm was well set. The AC was good and worked well.

There was no phone in our room to reach the kitchen, front desk or any other service. The lights in out room was almost out and was supported with a blue light which made vision abit difficult. The kitchen wasn't available to pick up plates after eating until it is returned or another meal is ordered. The TV wasn't working. The standing fan in our room was noisy while working. And my major dislike was that the room I reserved online wasn't reserved by the time I got to the hotel, I had to pay higher to get another room.

The way staffs are excellently carrying out their duties and how friendly they were. Starting from the manager, the rooms supervisor down to the staffs, I must say they're amazing people.

Nothing really, only the fact that the hotel doesn't have wifi.

I didn't eat from the hotel as I got my meal from neighbouring food outlets. As for the location, it's not in Ikeja but Ojodu which is a distance to the airport.

The pricing system. The management of the facility is mischievous. Customers are compelled to pay higher amounts than what was required. Customers pay extra money compared to the amount when the reservation was made.
