"Mooie lodge maar er is zeker nog plaats voor verbetering in gastvrijheid en management."

Mooie locatie met mooie verzorgde kamers, lekker eten, goede game drives met ervaren ranger. Uitzicht vanuit de centrale lodge en de kamers is eerder beperkt (enkel bush). Personeel doet erg zijn best maar hier zit zeker nog verbetering in. Je merkt dat het een jonge equipe is die nog weinig ervaring heeft in de horeca.

Bij het vertrek deed het jonge management niet eens de moeite om ons te bedanken en vaarwel te zeggen. Zij blijven onbewogen aan hun tafeltje zitten en waren blijkbaar veel drukker met andere dingen. Dit gaf ons geen goed gevoel. Er zit zeker nog verbetering in gastvrijheid om hun cliënteel meer een thuisgevoel te geven. De juiste details ontbreken no, dus werk voor verbetering.

"Ein ganz tolles Erlebnis im Nationalpark"

Mit den Übernachtungen bucht man ein ganzes Erlebnis. Die Lodge ist wunderschön und das Essen unglaublich lecker. Doch das Highlight sind die Game Drives. Jeden Nachmittag und Morgen startet eine Safari mit einem Guide. Und wir hatten so tolle Ausflüge. Ich kann das nur weiterempfehlen.

I had an excellent stay. The safari guide and the entire staff were very attentive and friendly. The chef prepares delicious meals with great care! They even organized a barbecue night, which was absolutely fantastic! We were on our honeymoon, and the staff were so thoughtful and caring with me and my husband. They even surprised us with a welcome bottle of sparkling wine ! I truly recommend this hotel.

"Small and Serene"

Rassie the guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and loved his job. Saw rhino, zebra, giraffe, elephants, lots of impala. Did spot lions but only from a distance. Food was great and plenty of it. Villas were exceptionally clean. Staff also very good. Having only 5 villas it is a personal lodge and very quiet. Thoroughly recommended.

Brand new facilities, cozy, familiar. Staff were lovely and made us fell at home, in family. Qualified and supportive rangers.
