Yes, Ardiles is a very knowledgeable person, you can have infinite conversations with him about everything, as well, he showed me a really good place for local food and I tried the coffee that he sells, which is really good, I had a very nice and warm stay there! Totally recommended :)

La climatisation de la chambre et la cuisine commune

Coupure d'eau très fréquente dans la salle de bain, absence de lavabo et miroir pour se raser , cafard dans la salle de bain pendant plusieurs jours. Manque de propreté dans les parties communes, cuisine et salle de bain. Forte présence moustiques surtout en soirée .Emplacement super excentré bien que à proximité d'une gare de la ligne rouge qui va à la vielle ville ' il faut compter 45 mn de trajet.

Ardiles is the best host! Super friendly with vast knowledge and experience. It was a pleasure to meet him. Very comfy bed for a great price. I loved the local food in the surrounding area and not a tourist in sight. Great area to explore just the local vibe.

Bathroom was shared and didn’t have a traditional sink but shower was good. Rooms have very thin walls and the furniture is a little dated but cannot complain for the price. The bed was very comfy!

I really enjoyed my stay at Banua KDP - Coffee & Breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The coffee and breakfast were also very good.

Очень комфортно, чисто, прекрасный район с красивой природой. Хозяин дома очень интересный человек, всегда помогал по всем вопросам! Дома много милых кошек, вкусный кофе :) Я от души рекомендую это место тем, кто хочет жить в аутентичной индонезийской атмосфере :)
