The location

It is on a top floor without elevator (corresponding to 4th or 5th floor). The room smells of sewage (there was a small leak in the back of the toilet). When we complained, the staff brought detergent to clean the toilet. The water was off on the first day and we were not warned and was going to be off also on the second day and the staff warned us only by the end of the first day while they had this information since morning (information was available online by the city council). Staff provided little to no help. Only after we complained with Booking they took action. Expectation management falls short with the staff.

Tutto perfetto location ottimo eravamo vicino in centro e sotto casa tutti i ristoranti e accanto la stazione.Casa molto bella e pulita spero di tornarci il prossimo anno a Cagliari!!

Mi è dispiaciuto solo per le due porte che non si riusciva a chiudere che accendevano verso il terrazzo per i primi giorni pensavamo di averli chiusi invece non avevamo tirato giu abbastanza la maniglia.Per il resto tutto ok tornavamo a casa tranquilli con ancora le nostre cose li🤧🤣

L'appartamento è fantastico, completamente ristrutturato, dotato di ogni confort. La posizione è top, comodissimo per andare in centro. Tutto perfetto.

Talvolta è stato difficile regolare il getto d'acqua nella doccia.
