location was convenient, it was nice and quiet inside the apartment, bathroom was spacious

1. There was no window to the outside world to get any sunlight, as the apartment looked onto a tiny inner courtyard. 2. The kitchen has cheap plastic plates and cups, rather than china ones and some basic utensils like kitchen scissors and tin opener were not there. Therefore, the apartment is more suited to those who prefer to eat outside and use the kitchen only for basic stuff.

Super clean studio, great location, close to the tourist attractions of the historic center, you can do everything on foot. The person in charge responds promptly to messages. Lots of utensils in the kitchen.

We missed a knife to cut meat, chicken, vegetables. And we had difficulty with the bed frame, as there are two single beds that were placed together, but both mattresses felt like they were falling to one side (in this case, towards the junction of the beds). We turned the mattresses the next day, but the feeling continued. But nothing that made it difficult to sleep or that was uncomfortable. But everything else, the studio is complete.

Perfect location so clean and tidy and comfortable

Unfortunately we had problems with the noise vibrating thru the building I think we were above or below a laundry just found it hard to sleep.

A comfortable and spacious mini-apartment that supplies most of what you will ever need to spend even a few weeks in Cagliari. There is no staff at the property, but they are available via WhatsApp/phone and tend to respond rather efficiently. Even a washing machine (and detergent) was available in my unit. Great location, almost at the waterfront and next-door to a large range of great restaurants and shops, public transport and the main city sights. Overall, great value for money.

My room had two windows onto a busy street that can get quite noisy in the evenings (but this did not bother me too much). There was a crucial misunderstanding with the check-out time, though in the end the staff managed to resolve this issue to my total satisfaction.

The apartment was a 5-minute walk from the train station and the port. The place was very clean and comfortable. There were electronic devices for all needs, such as a coffee machine, toaster, etc. There was also a very large screen TV and free Netflix.

The apartment is accessible only by stairs, there is no elevator.

The location is amazing, the apartment is located in the area with the most tasty restaurants. From pasta, to fish and meat restaurants. The shopping centre was also close by. Also it’s maybe a 15mins walk from the station. And lots of busses nearby to take you to the beach. Facilities also great, and everything was new and clean.

There were 2 windows, but since this apartment is located more towards a back alley, there was hardly any natural sunlight.

Literally everything was awesome! Location, host, everything that we needed!

A little noisy in the evenings, cause it’s just above restaurants. Wasn’t really an issue for us.
