The hotel has a fantastic location and was very clean and beautifully maintained. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. We were initially concerned about parking, but they have a designated spot in front where you can unload your luggage, and they also offer valet service to park your car for you.

Our first room had an issue with the AC, but the staff responded quickly and immediately offered us another room next door. The move was easy, and we appreciated how fast they handled it.

Magnificent staff.! Nice place to stay its classy, clean I felt safe and comfortable their staff is so helpful and welcoming! Restaurant for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner was delicious! Gloria was so helpful and attentive with a very positive attitude and amazing service! Will definitely come visit again when I’m Guanajuato !

Perfect location, walking distance to everything, clean hotel and large shower and comfortable bed a very good king size bed

Todo las habilidades y la alberca son mui bonitas y limpias. El servicio y el personal mui amables.

Que no tenía estacionamiento dentro del hotel. Más sin embargo te apoyan llevando tu auto a un estacionamiento, solo debes de pagarle el taxi ($100.00 mx) al personal ya sea para q vaya por el o para el regreso del mismo

I loved the pool, ac was a little weird to figure out, I’ve never been in a hotel that offers you bathrobes and slippers! I loved this
