En general todo estuvo bien, pero en las fotos los cuartos parecen estar más grandes. En realidad están un poco incómodos, no hay suficiente espacio. La alberca también pequeña. Incomodo el estacionamiento también. La comida buena

Love it

Perfectly central location near all the major sites by walking distance. Near a lot of restaurants and the fun activities in the evening. Beautiful decoration of the hotel itself. Looks like a restored gem from the 1940's or 1950's. Very friendly staff, they helped us multiple times book tours and transportation at fare rates. The breakfast was delicious and generous portions. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We loved our stay here - the decoration and architecture took our breath away when we walked in. My wife and sister-in-law could not stop raving about the basement pool and hot tub. We wanted to stay another few days if we could. Would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Guanajuato.

It's a bit hard to unload your bags when you stop in front of the hotel because it's a one way street. This has nothing to do with the hotel - it's just a characteristic of the many one-way streets in Guanajuato. Not a fault of the hotel, just something to be aware of if you have a lot of luggage or need more time to move from cars physically.

This hotel is in a great location! Not having hot water in the hot tub was a major disappointment.

Best place to stay in Guanajuato. Conveniently located in city square.
