Met the expectations, Staff was very courteous and helpful.

None particular. Window in the room which can let natural light in but due to buildings nearby it was not possible. We can open the drapes too to ensure the privacy.

"An oasis of calm in the middle of the town, close to the airport."

Great location, fantastic value for money, the room was just superb and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and professional, including Shara and Adilbert as well as all the other reception team. Best toilet this side of Tokyo (!).

Unhygienic, not very friendly atmosphere. No facility to watch even news in the TV.
