"An exceptional city airport hotel"

Having stayed in five-star hotels across Europe and Asia, I was genuinely impressed by this property. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the bathroom facilities were outstanding, including a modern electric toilet with a heated seat, which was an unexpected luxury. The staff were professional, welcoming, and organised a seamless airport pickup without any difficulty. The food was excellent, fresh and well prepared, easily on par with many higher end hotels. A real gem.

Very little. For an airport city hotel, this property exceeds expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to other travellers passing through Calicut, Kerala.
