PTApartamento pequeno, mas com o necessário para uma noite. Fácil para encontrar e para entrar. O quarto fica fora da parte principal, cheira a mofo, mas nada critico. A cama era confortável. O frigorífico funcionava bem. É deixado toalhas e o gel das mãos cheirava bem.
Havia pontos a melhorar, como a cortina da banheira, estava suja. Algo tão barato, não era necessário estar assim. A banheira também se encontra entupida.
ITLa struttura è piccola ma ben organizzata con un bel terrazzino dove poter fare colazione o addirittura un barbecue messo a disposizione.
La metro è vicina ma per raggiungere l’appartamento c’è una salita impegnativa. Poche stoviglie e spazi ristretti per un gruppo di 4 persone.
ESEn la terraza tienen “una caseta” donde está la cama, huele a guardado, malas sábanas, picarón bichos.. No puedes cocinar. La cortina del baño tiene moho, me daba asco. Recomiendo que la cambien.

Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment was very disappointing. The listing advertised an additional bedroom accessible via the terrace, but in reality, this “room” was just a converted shipping container with a strong, unpleasant smell (resembling mold), making it impossible to sleep there. As a result, we had to sleep on the sofa for seven nights, which was extremely uncomfortable and hard – I even had to sleep on the folded backrest. There was also nowhere to store our clothes. The wardrobe in the hallway was completely full, so we had to keep our clothes in suitcases on the floor, which made the already cramped space feel even tighter. There was a wardrobe in the "room", but due to the strong odor in that space, we didn’t want our clothes to absorb the smell. The apartment itself was in poor condition. The kitchen felt very basic and poorly equipped, with a very old stove and utensils that we had to wash before using. At one point, a heavy shutter collapsed, luckily without injuring anyone – but it was a serious safety concern. What disappointed us most was the misleading title of the listing, which at the time was called “Luxury New Terrace.” In reality, nothing about the apartment felt luxury or new. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, nothing lived up to the expectations – apart from the decent location and the host, who was responsive (though surprisingly asked us to leave a 10-star review at the end).
