DEDie Lage war genau zwischen zwei Metro Stationen, also weniger als 10min brauchte man jeweils dahin, direkt vor dem Laden hat man ein paar Essenläden und in der Umgebung.
Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, sieht nicht mehr ganz so aus wie auf den Bildern; das Sofa ist kaputt gewesen, man hat einfach eine Decke darüber gelegt; Wände sehr dünn, man hört die Nachbarn und die Leute im Treppenhaus sehr gut; Wände bzw. Decke im Bad setzt schon Schimmel an, die Badewanne ist am Boden komplett mit irgendwelchen Kleberückstände, bei der Steckdose hatte ich echt Angst, die hat öfters geknistert, wenn man den Fernseher einschaltete, Geschirr war sehr viel dreckig und die Küche insgesamt sehr alt; dass das Schlafzimmer auf der anderen Seite ist, fanden wir auch doof, da dort kein Bad ist, ansonsten für mehr als drei Personen nicht zu empfehlen, waren zu viert und das war schon ganz schön eng und unter luxuriöses Apartment versteh ich auch komplett etwas anderes, aber ansonsten war es okay.

FIAs a family, we loved everything! The place felt like a home. The kitchen had everything you needed. Clean and tidy. And the host had even installed dehumidifiers in every room. There were fans AND heaters. The sofabed and bed were comfy. We preferred to sleep in the living room since the bedroom is across the terrace. The terrace was cute and had a barbecue. We especially loved the area!! Very convinient.Metro station close by and atleast 2 busstops at 5mins distance. The park and the outdoor gym, the fountain. So many cafés and restaurants around the area, Ethnic and Portuguese! Even a second hand shop at walking distance. Three convinient stores just outside the building.
Nothing! Will definitely come back!

Casa ainda com sujidade, principalmente na cozinha, quarto principal com muita humidade, e casa de banho um pouco antiquada e pouca água no chuveiro
PTI stayed with my family. The property is good and comfortable. The location is also near the centre. You can get access all communication like bus , metro. I recommend that property for the best value of money and exploring the city . Only the bed room is separated from the living room which litte bit difference with the other property. It could be managed.
