El trato del personal muy bueno, siempre disponible, don cesar muy amable y la señora que hace el desayuno es muy atenta, el sector es muy tranquilo y silencioso, el centro esta a sólo 10 min caminando lo que sirve para aclimatarse, hay agua caliente y WiFi, la locomoción "el batman" pasa por afuera y cobra solo 1 sol hasta el centro, demora aprox 15 min.

"Cómodo, tranquilo, perfecto"

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, agradable y bonito, el personal fue muy muy amable, el señor, su hija y nieta, no está en el centro histórico pero hay un bus que pasa en la puerta y te deja a una cuadra de la plaza de armas por un sol o uber que cobra aprox 8 soles, el desayuno es básico pero muy rico, la habitación era muy cómoda, espaciosa, el baño tenía agua caliente, hizo mi estadía en Cusco aún más agradable!

"Excelente hotel con muy buenas características y muy buen servicio"

Las camas eran muy cómodas, calentitas y con nórdico, asi que no pesaba para dormir. El cuarto era muy amplio y el baño era grande, la ducha muy buena. Las personas que regentaban el hospedaje fueron muy simpáticas y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. En la puerta del hotel pasa el autobús Batman cada poco y te baja a la ciudad.

Escaleras para subir a la habitación ya que íbamos con alguien con movilidad reducida.

El lugar es muy hermoso y limpio, el desayuno maravilloso y el personal muy amable, con respecto a la ubicación es importante comentar que no está tan cerca pero pasa un bus muy económico a cada minuto por lo que se hace muy fácil movilizarse

Quarto espaçoso, camas muito confortáveis e banheiro excelente.

Não está inserido no centro histórico, tem que considerar que vai utilizar uber para os deslocamentos e as agências podem não vir buscar no hotel devido a localização
