Essa hospedagem é maravilhosa! Os quartos são confortáveis, a cama é muito boa e os cobertores nos aqueceram muito bem. O pessoal da pousada sempre muito solícito e pronto a nos ajudar. Conseguiram o transfer do aeroporto até a pousada, outro dia precisamos de um táxi às 3am e eles já deixaram agendado com o taxista. Guardaram nossas malas quando fomos a Machu picchu e no nosso último dia, nosso voo só era às 5pm… eles não tiveram problema em nos deixar ficar mais um tempinho após o horário do checkout. Isso fez muita diferença em nossa viagem. Ahhh, tem um ônibus chamado batman q para bem na frente da pousada, facilitando muito a volta do centro e custa penas 1 sole. Enfim, tudo perfeito. Recomendo muito e voltaria 1000 vezes para esse lugar. Nós amamos de verdade. Nos sentimos acolhidos e em família.

Family owned and run business. Quiet and friendly. They had a simple breakfast included, but we only had time to sample twice. The first night, they had problems with their hot water. After that it was plentiful. They also have laundry service. Great for all the clothes we needed washed after hiking. Very friendly family running the place. The Batman bus runs right in front of the hotel. Easy to get to downtown by transport or walking.

Very clean rooms that have a new-ish feel to them. Juan is a great host and is happy to provide recommendations. Bus stop directly in front of the house which is very cheap (1 sol) and convenient to avoid the steep way back from town. Breakfast was basic but good. Quiet location, excellent value for money

Rooms are quite cold, but not as cold as other places in Cuzco due to this hotel having better windows. Blankets are thick and they provide a space heater on request, which was sufficient for us.
