Riverside Rest 1 - 2 Bedroom Apartment & Free Parking Onsite

Excellent communication from the hosts, very clean and modern apartment which had all the essentials you may need when having a short stay here. Lovely little touches from the hosts to make the apartment welcoming.

Very squeaky floor boards, often this wouldn’t be an issue with us but when travelling with a baby whom has earlier bed time we found ourselves tip toeing around or in fear of moving room to room so not to wake him as they were extremely loud.

it was fantastic to stay at this apartment. the interiors are very nice, the bed very comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything you need. the area around is very quiet and pleasant, despite being a 15 minute walk from the centre. highly recommended!!

Super clean and lots of attention to detail in decor and function. Great view while sitting and having coffee in the morning. Free parking right near the door. Fully equipped kitchen.

It was a lovely property. Very clean. Shower great. Near the river so picturesque and quiet. The hosts were great at replying to any emails and sent all the necessary details the day before we were due to arrive. Small convenience store 5 minutes away for milk/bread.

Nothing against the property at all but the location didn’t suit. We were coming for Bloody Scotland book festival. It was a bit further out than we would have liked.

The apartment was clean, spacious comfortable and modern.

The area was like a council estate and bin city out the front, which I guess the owner can't change. The building enterance itself had a filthy carpet and a musty odour, again up to everyone in the building to fix. The apartment didn't reflect this at all.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment right on the river and river walk. Two convenience stores nearby. 15 minutes walk to the railway station. All amenities and well stocked kitchen utensils. Quiet and clean.

First floor upstairs.

After our previous rental in Edinburgh, this one was like a palace. Very clean, safe , great condition, communicative hosts. Thank you!
