Vidrio Suites Col Americana

It is the only place I stay in Guadalajara, and I go there every 3 weeks for medical reasons.

To me it is perfect.

I love where it is.

Nothing. I have to travel to Guadalajara every three weeks and I won't stay anywhere but here.

The staff were kind and tolerated my limited Spanish with grace. A special shout-out to Annie, who was very helpful. The light switch and outlet next to the bed were welcomed and convenient. Having a microwave and refrigerator made late evening snacking after a long day of walking very easy. Check-in and security was not a problem. I received instructions via email for access and felt very safe my entire stay. Next door is a wonderful little restaurant, Piggy Back. This was very convenient for starting the day with a great meal. There are several small stores nearby to purchase snacks and beverages.

I was in Suite A-1. It is next to the entrance and lobby. I could hear noisy patrons from my room. However, the convenience of being next to the water dispenser in the lobby offset this negative. Also, the line for the restaurant next door is outside this room's window, and that can be noisy...important if you're a light sleeper. My only other "complaint" is that the beds are harder than I prefer. Even so, I would stay here again!

Location is great. The room is very comfortable. I was able to extend my stay with no problem. It's my favorite place to stay in Guadalajara. I go there once a month.

There was lots of noise inside the room from a pump going and it always came on it all good times in the fridge is really noisy

Very comfortable, near everything you would need away from home.

I liked everything.
