Wi-Fi was really slow in the room and would cut out often. Maybe it just needed an update. Also the plates were not microwave safe

This is a good location, in the interesting, historic suburb of Colonia Americana, for which we had downloaded a walking tour. The room was spacious and convenient, with a very good shower. There were excellent local coffee shops.

There was only one bedside lamp, and it was not working. The water bottle in the lobby was empty at one point. The mattress was a little squeaky. I has asked for the door-code to be texted to both me and my husband, but this was not done. Fortunately the door-person was available to let us in and help us to access the door-code. There was some noise from the local bar till about 2 a.m.

The location was great with many restaurants just a few minutes away. The staff was always willing to help and courteous.

Everything was great. Just consider replacing the chairs when cracked/broken.

The main door had a 2+ gap on the bottom and right outside there was a drain afraid to get cucarachas in or other insects, the main problem is right next door there is bar and the music is right in your bedroom, there was hair every where as well on the bed I wouldn’t stay here again

staff was great and even offered to do our laundry. the place was clean and conveniently located.

it was a bit noisy at night. there's a beer garden next door and a bar accros the street. Both stay open late. good if you want to hang out but bad if you want to sleep.

Vert tidy and lovely, everything was great no complaints at all in regards to the service and property. it is a very walkable area with ample parking. I would recommend it.

This is not the hotel's fault, but there is a club next-door that was very loud on the Saturday I was there which went on until 4am.

Shower water is cold , ants in the rooms , very noisy at night until about 3am. Only stayed one night reserved for two, do not recommend for family’s and children

Clean and friendly staff. Location was walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

Our bedroom window was right next to a bar. While in bed, you can hear customers giving their orders until 2 a.m.
