The view was excellent on the Mekong River. The location was central. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bikes were available for free use. The bed was comfortable. Stayed for 14 nights and overall, I was happy.

The breakfast was reasonable however chicken sausages each day and cold eggs did not suit me. The hotel was inundated with rain and room leaked water right behind the TV which I thought was dangerous. The bathroom railing also fell down. The passageway was soaked each day and numerous towels were spread out to soak up the water. Very slippery for walking in passageway. The internet was slow or did not work at times.

"Great hotel for a Mekong adventure"

Overal just a great hotel. They could improve on their knowledge about the Laos side Mekong slow boats. Information about depature times, and even slow boat bookings would be a plus!
