Fantastic view over Mekong from picture windows and balcony. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Well appointed. Good bathroom. Plenty of storage.

Awesome location looking at the River

As on par with most beds over here , it was hard

This hotel was really very nice. The staff were charming and helpful, particularly the reception staff. We didn't use the pool which looked very pleasant. We did use the free bicycles to ride along the river cycle path and into town, they were not well maintained but did the job. The bed was comfortable, the shower great and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the river and enjoyed a good dinner and breakfast at the hotel on the patio overlooking the river. The staff kindly did us a vegetarian dinner which was much appreciated.

It is a quirk of mine that I always check my route out of multi-storey hotels should there be a fire/emergency. It helps me feel safe. In this instance I was horrified to see the stair well was blocked behind the fire escape door with spare furniture on all the levels down to the ground floor. Not good at all.

Free bikes to enjoy the cycle path along the river promenade! Clean pool and quiet hotel. Staff helped organise a transfer to the Laos Friendship bridge to cross the boarder.

Coffee could be fresh / made using a proper machine instead

The mattress was basically a stone, the next morning, our backs hurt and it was a sleepless night. We have slept in many places in Asia, but this mattress was definitely the hardest overall. The bicycles they offer for free are all broken, rusty, and old. would recommend to go by foot. The staff was very unfriendly, and given their lack of English they simply didn’t answer our questions, but also didn’t look for help from their superiors.

Everything! 😍 Wonderful location in the city, very beautiful view to the Mekong, superb swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, especially after the trip to Laos. Will definitely recommend this place. Sadly stayed just a night...
