Forest Hills Lodge

Conveniently located. The room was clean and well appointed. On street parking. Nice neighborhood. Donal was a great host and offered us a lovely bit of Slane Whiskey upon arrival.

Room was a bit hard to navigate for a 6ft tall person, but that was the room we selected.

The breakfast was scones and cornflakes in a mini fridge in the room, we expected a hot breakfast in a dining room as is the case with most B&Bs. We were in an attic room with extremely low head height and the blind on the window was stuck in the closed position

The owner is nice

The room was horrendous, is o loft conversion with a tiny window, very dark and uncomfortable, bathroom was dirty, bed very uncomfortable, no good for tall people was roof is not high enough. Maybe good for a kid but not for an adult specially not for a couple.

Host was great and proximity to restaurant/pubs was good

Room 3 has a low ceiling for a 6 ft person, but otherwise had everything we needed and we had a great stay

BREAKFAST THE MOST BASIC I HAVE EVER EATEN. SHOWER ROOM VERY LOW CEILING. ROOM NEEDS A GOOD DEEP.CLEAN.....GROSSLY OVERPRICED ...I WONT BE STAYING AGAIN OR RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE.
