Good affordable place around the airport, we stayed over for 2 days and a night before our flight. Overall, the location is great, easy access to airport just 10-15 mins. Their staff is amazing, they are very helpful and also prompt in responding. They have a restaurant too, and the food is nice, so you can eat at the same place, but you also have McD and another food joint just besides so you have choices. You can use their shuttle service, I had requested for it, and it was there on time and dropped us as per our planned schedule, which was simply perfect.

Just feedback (not a dislike) so it can help customers in the future; check-in time should be flexible as per customer's travel

No toiletries in the washroom (soap/facewash/shampoo). Only 1 towel in the room. When we entered, the room was kinda stinking but later it went. We paid 5k for the room and breakfast was not included.

Location of the property and the food

Behaviour of the front office lady and the staff. Even after the confirmation from them about early check-in at 11:00 AM, we reached at 12:00 PM and still were made to wait for 45 mins. I had an important meeting at 2:00 in the city and even after telling them the same thing, the lady was busy chatting over the mobile phone and simply kept on telling 5 minutes in the gap of every 15 mins. I believe that the owners should look into this and at least the people who are booking suites should be given quick checkin and checkout.
