Purple Cloud Hotel

All specialities in this hotel is excellent.I am staying here longdays means front office Staffs respect ness is also one of the reason.I am interacting with Mr. Akash Sir, Mr. Kavitha Madam and Mr. Mohan Sir. These three persons are giving good support and respects to the customers. At the time of first day Mr. Akash Sir given very big support to me. That is also base reason for I am staying here long days.

Clean and comfy with easy access location

My room was leaking water from the window all over the floor when there is heavy rain.

Hotel is amazing. Front Office staffs are very kind. At the our first booking I was decided for single day stay. But due to careness and respectiveness of Mr. Kavitha madam, Mr. Mohan Sir and all receptionist I staying there more than 10 days.Their interaction with cusromers is very smart.

Very competitively priced. Really big rooms - nowhere you will get this at this price point. Decent amenities. Superbly located.

Food is usually served cold in the morning - breakfast buffet. Items run out quite early. The timing for breakfast should be extended till 10:30 am as this is standard across hotels. Staff tries their best to support and help guests but I think they require a bit more in training and a lead site supervisor / or well trained hospitality manager is needed.
