The location is perfect if you're looking for a beach getaway: the Escambron beach, the best in San Juan (in my opinion) is a 15-minute walk away, and San Juan Old Town is on the same distance, both easily accessible on foot. The area is very quiet. A bus station is around the corner and plenty of free busses can take you to other parts of the city or to the airport. The rooms are spacious and air conditioning keeps them cool. The kitchen had a little stovetop, mini-fridge and a minimum necessary set of kitchenware, everything worked. There is also a coworking space downstairs for those who need to work.

The room could use some more cleaning: the floors seemed uncleaned when I arrived, and there were sand and dust on the kitchen furniture. Would be nice to have something to dry beach towels and bathing suits on.

Rez de chaussée sans fenêtre ni balcon alors que cela était mentionné dans l’annonce Équipement très rudimentaire (vaisselle, pas de four micro-ondes ni normal)

Emplacement très bien à 20 min à pieds du vieux San Juan. Logement spacieux. Lit très confortable.

Des travaux à côté m’ont réveillés à 8h du matin. Pas insurmontable mais je m’en serai passée.
