La Ferreteria Apartments

Gute Lage in Gehentfernung zur Altstadt von San Juan ca 20 min. Grosse Dachterasse, die man morgens und abends gut nutzen kann. Parkplatz nebenan (war mit gebucht). Das "Einzelbett" im 2. Zimmer ist groß genug für 2 Peronen.

Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist etwas heruntergekommen, das Haus ist aber ok.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. After we requested moving to another room, we were given a better room but with shower issues. Reasonably priced and handy for cruise port and about a 20 minute walk into the old town area with restaurants etc.

Our first room was not very pleasant at all. The very helpful reception staff moved us to a different room in another complex nearby which was better. The decor is 'industrial' look which basically means it can be rough and ready as far as we were concerned. The shower flooded the whole bathroom and into the hallway as the idiot who installed it sloped the floor away from the water drain, so we had to use the towels provided to make a stop!! All it needs is either to replace the floor tiles so they're facing the right way or install as small ledge to stop the water form flooding the apartment. However, I doubt they'll bother as people must have complained about this numerous times before us!!

Personal recepción amable. Está relativamente bien situado para visitar el viejo San Juan. A unos 15 minutos andando de la Plaza de Colón. Junto al alojamiento hay una cafetería para poder desayunar

La relación calidad-precio del alojamiento no es buena. Instalaciones anticuadas.
