The staff was awesome! And the location was centrally located for walking into Old San Juan as well as the beach. The beds were comfortable and there was a work station building offered to store our luggage while we waited to board our cruise. This was a real bonus.

Our suite, 14, was very poorly outfitted. Most of the dishes were chipped and the silverware was not clean. One bedroom had no curtains and bright lights that shone in all night. There were long, dark hairs all over the bathroom floor and shower, and you were not allowed to flush any toilet paper or the toilet would plug up. The TV offered no real viewing (a staff member tried to get it to work) and there was no curtains in the living room to block out the heat of the day. There was a small couch in the living room with tattered pillows and nowhere to place a glass, but on the floor. I told the staff when we were checking out that I wasn’t going to leave a review because I didn’t want to leave a bad one. They insisted that I should as they were in the midst of changing cleaning contracts. Hopefully new cleaners will be an improvement.

Good location and lovely bakery downstairs. Good bodega across the street and rocking good food truck. Clean and spacious. Note: Lots of stairs.
