Location and cleanliness.

We only had 1 towel for the 4 days. Went to front desk and asked literally never got any before I left.

Spacious. Coworking space is convenient. Checkin is flexible. Good communications.

Chair is plastic and one broke easily. Sofa looks a little dirty. Floor is not clean. Furnishing very basic.

"Amazing location, service leaves a bit to desire though"

Very good location if you like walking. Spacious building with a lot of nice attractions nearby either walking distance or a quick uber.

During our 3 day stay, not once was our room cleaned. The toilet basket started to smell foul after a while. Also, there is a coffee machine but no coffee. When we asked the reception, they told us we could buy some from a nearby market. Considering the amount we paid for this hotel, it seems absurd that they do not provide free coffee? Who brings their own coffee to vacation?
