Shorena's Homestay

We really recommend this guesthouse if you spend a night in this village. Very friendly family. Although the communication was very limited, we really felt welcomed. We were the only visitors that day and slept in a big bedroom which can accommodate about 4 persons. There is a shared bathroom (toilet and shower). The diner and breakfast were delicious. Really! There was way too much food.

The hosts were wonderful and warm, the food was spectacular and ample after a hard hike and the other traveler’s we shared a meal with were from all over the world and we had a blast.

The dinner was great! And kitchen is warm and cozy.

The bedroom and bathroom was pretty cold.

The food was the best we had in our trek. Shorena and her family were very warm and welcoming. The puppy was cute.

They are doing renovations on the property but stopped working and making noise as soon as we arrived.

This was our favorite guesthouse of the trek. The family was lovely, food was amazing, and beds comfortable. Would stay here again!

Nice cosy guesthouse, the family are lovely, rooms are spacious and clean. 2 cute doggo's. Food was very good and plentiful. Some of the best watermelon, which is very refreshing after a long hike :)

The pillows could do with an upgrade and the shower does make the entire bathroom (including toilet seat) wet. The shower issue was seen in more properties in the area, so maybe that's the standard haha. Not a big deal anyway.

Great homestay experience. Excellent food and comfortable bed!
