Dimora Artale in Cattedrale

Dimora Artale is perfectly located in the heart of Palermo, just a short walk from major attractions like the Teatro Massimo and the Cathedral. The area is lively yet peaceful, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Ideal for exploring the city on foot!

There were plenty of power sockets, but many didn’t work, which was inconvenient. The bathtub setup was also disappointing—the shower head cable was too short to use comfortably, making it hard to take a proper shower. Additionally, no basic cleaning products were provided, not even something to dust off surfaces, and there was no extra toilet paper. Overall, the place lacked some essential touches to make the stay more comfortable.

Very good location in the heart of Palermo historical district, quiet and safe place. Great especially if you have a car because of the private parking (but it's not cheap, 20 euros/night extra, and the car entrance is not so easy to find at first. But you'll get used to it!)

Perfect location, clean apartment, positive attitude from helpful host, etc.

The campus ( outdoors) has lots of cats, they’re very sweet. Just that the piss smell there the moment you step out of apartment

The location, the space and in general the choice of facilities; mini kitchen, cupboard space (even if I didn't need it) and washing facilities. TV was excellent.

Shower head needs fixing! In general, the decoration and furniture is dated and a bit clinical. The sofa (also a bed) is uncomfortable. As someone else reported, there is a lot of noise in the morning from about 06.00, but that didn't bother me too much. I was expecting it. Also, personally I prefer to know who my hosts are, but check in was handled remotely and never a person in sight. I'm not sure I like that trend, but I can understand it if you are trying to run a business with multiple properties.

It is located exactly next to Palermo Cathedral! You open the door and you see the cathedral in front of you. It is in the center. Great location. Great price for value Very recommended The property is big and comfortable. Has a kitchen and a private parking and a big yard, which was nice. I really liked staying here. The host is very kind, and responsive. I enjoyed my stay.
