Top location right next to the Cathedral of Palermo. Beautiful surroundings and a very peaceful and cool courtyard. The apartment itself is very cozy, surprisingly big and stays very cool throughout the day even without the AC. Great directions and recommendations from the host.

The apartment is beautifully renovated, comfortable, spacious, peaceful, and secure, and the location couldn't be more perfect for exploring the magnificence and charm of Palermo. The family of cats that lounge in the beautiful courtyard are an added bonus!

The only issues I can think of to mention are that the kitchen is not well stocked if you are interested in cooking. I had to wash some of the dishes because they were put away dirty. There is a washing machine, but no laundry detergent, so you'll need to supply your own--not super convenient for travelers.

Excellent location and there is a parking on-site.

There are a lot of cats on the property, the garden, hallways, etc. This should be disclosed in case someone is allergic to cats.

Super central, a lot of space, bit of noise in the night, but that is what a city center is like. Easy Check-In and Check-Out. Fully recommend the place - except you are afraid of cats.

Fantastic location and clear instructions (although a little complicated) from the hosts. Heating was good in early January, and the availability of parking right there, even though not cheap, was great. Host was very responsive via messages and gave great recommendations. Thank you The common courtyard was gorgeous and historic, with plenty of beautiful cats lounging around.

I would love to rate it higher but there were 2 big problems that I can't not consider. First and foremost the shower head could not be hung on its holder on the wall because the cord was too short. This made showers a very difficult and unpleasant experience. Please fix this. It's an easy fix. I hope it's lack of thought and not a way to minimize water usage. Secondly, there was a strong rotten fish smell coming from the kitchen cabinet which made cooking or utilizing much there impossible. I did let the owner know about this and hopefully they will take care of it. AC (heating or cooling) had to be turned on with a key that was soldiered to the room key, meaning that you could not leave it on when leaving the room. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. The street next to the window was often noisy with passing scooters. It was also overall expensive for Palermo, considering that that there is no free room cleaning.

The host&cleaning segnora are 2 wonderful ladies! Francesca sent me a self-check pdf with clear&simple instructions to follow. Also, if they can, they will always help you with anything you might need, even leaving your luggage before check in or do a late check out which we all know it's soso important when you don't travel light. The apart itself is huge&wonderful. Very good mattress, very clean, with anything you might need. Greatest location&value for money, interior garden&host! I loved it, thank you Francesca for your kindness.
