The property does not offer late check out, if you have not checked out by 10:00, you will be charged GBP 5 per 30 minutes thereafter. In addition you will be charged the next nights stay plus the cost of guest relocation if you have not checked out by 13:00. If you bring any extra guests that are not on the booking, you will be charged the single room rate for that day per extra guest.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Very helpfully staff nothing was to much bother, so considerate. I got a free upgrade due to parking & help with my luggage from 2 blocks away. was amazing that I could ask for bowls ect for any food. Lovely cafes nearby and sea front, warm & quiet.

No shelter outside hotel or designated parking spots, shower tricky to use with slippy hands, pillows hard and flat.

Location was superb. Our view was amazing, as advertised. The room was surprisingly spacious. Bay window is a lovely feature. I was pleasantly surprised with updated bathroom. Kyle was very friendly, helpful and informative on recommendations for local dining and beach info at check in.

A small shelf for a few toiletries in the bathroom would be nice.
