City Room

Nothing the owner was oversees and didn't bother letting me know. I had to find another hotel as she was uncooperative with helping me check in and getting a refund. I didn't even step foot into the hotel

Everything. The staff and front desk should let me know!!! they said check in was 1 i was left for 2 hours as she was not there Noone was able to help me. They only replied 8pm at night. Give me my money back!

Nosey people in other rooms, coming and going throughout the night.

It served its purpose and was a bed for the night

Let's just say,if you drop a 📍,they could hear it down the lobby as there is no carpet which makes everything you do creates an echo of noise. Kinda tiptoe around. But it's a great place to stay though. Just need carpet throughout.

Staff member very sour, too busy with his life on The phone. Other than that it's great.good stay.

Location was close to the event we attended

Our check in time was 1pm The language barrier with the cleaner & there was a horrible smell in the stair well

什么都好，客服讲解的也很明白，很清楚。拿钥匙，等等，都很好。不好的地方就是，太难找到你们的入口了。room这个牌子，写的太小了，找了半个小时，转了三圈才看到。我手里拿着40多公斤的行李，还上下坡，累死了。不过，下次，肯定没问题了

第一次入住你们的旅馆，根本找不到。我用导航在那个地方转了三圈，才看到那个room这么一个小小的牌子。太难找了。我们这些第一次入住的，根本找不到。

Cockroaches in the kitchen. Everything grimey and sticky. A random dirty towel left in my room.
