"Lovely stay but very expensive"

9.0

Wonderful location, beautiful rooms. Staff were kind and helpful. Great selection of food.

This accomodation was very expensive compared to other places we stayed. While I could appreciate the reasons for the increase in price I still feel it was a bit too overpriced. No welcome drinks!

"A Great Experience"

10.0

Amazing location near a lake and also by the sea. Plenty of wildlife. Fantastic choice of food. Enjoyed the nature trail and jeep safari organised with the hotel. Very friendly staff and loved our towel art left on the bed by Nuwan.

"A nice hotel set within the Yala National park area, all the staff are very friendly and the service was great. As buff"

8.0

We liked this hotel based on the location and proximity to Yala National Park. You can often see elephants and water buffalo as well as crocodiles just a few steps down by the lake. All the staff were so friendly and the service is excellent.

Unfortunately the hotel pool is showing real need for a full renovation, lots of tiles are missing and the pool deck area needed attention too, apart from the aesthetics, it’s a safety hazard

"Lovely hotel in Yala National Park"

9.0

Beautiful hotel right on the edge of a lake where elephants, crocodiles and buffalo regularly bathe. We had two small children and staffed thoughtfully located us in a chalet/cabin close to the main hotel. Buffet for breakfast and dinner had a lot of choice (bear in mind there are no other restaurants/places to eat in the area - breakfast approx. £15 per person and dinner £20-25) Staff were great with the kids.

Checking in was alittle slow.

"well organized, beautiful, wild & exciting"

10.0

everything was perfect. the service, the location, the accommodation, the food, the nature around. everything is really well done with a lot of care and very well trained staff. its so close to the national park and also right by a lake so you can see many animals already from the hotel.

e-mail exchange was a bit confusing to book a safari but in the end, once there, everything was easy and smooth

"Je ne reviendrai pas"

7.0

2 poids 2 mesures….
