Please note that arrivals after 09:00 p.m are not advisable due to animals roaming around and low visibility. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort. If you are making payment using another card holder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the resort prior to your arrival: 1) Authorization letter with card holder's signature 2) Copy of the card holder's card (front and back of card with card holder's signature) 3) Copy of the card holder’s passport or driver’s license Please note that the resort may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Please note all cancelations will be charged inclusive of taxes. Guests are requested to note: Block 01 of the Yala National Park will be closed for two months starting from 1st of September to the 31st of October 2018, however, Block 5 of the National Park will still be made open for safaris. During this period, guests can also visit the following National Parks with a similar biodiversity: 1. Lunugamwehera ( Located 39 mi away 100 minutes drive from the hotel) 2. Bundala (Located 12 mi away 30 minutes drive from the hotel.) 3. Udawalawe (Located 55 mi away 120 minutes drive from the hotel) In addition, the property will continue Night Safaris, Night walks, Nature walks, Visits to the Fishing Village, Visits to Chenas and Kirinda. This can be arranged by the hotel at an additional cost.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Incredible stay at Cinnamon Wild Yala"

We had an incredible stay a Cinnamon Wild Yala. The place really was everything we had hoped for. Surrounded by nature we saw crocodiles in the lagoon and the rooftop bar was very much dominated by monkeys. The rooms are lovely with really comfortable pillows. Food was delicious and service through was incredible. We did the safari through the hotel too and were lucky into to see a leopard in the first 5 minutes! Really well organised and knowledgable guide. We would highly recommend.

The property was beautiful and serene. The perfect place to get away for a few days of relaxation.

The road to the property is not maintained and resulted in people feeling ill driving on the unfinished and uneven surface.

El servicio es excelente, el personal es muy amable y siempre se encargan de que la pases increíble! Tanto dentro del resort como en el safari. Recomiendo ampliamente el safari, vimos cosas maravillosas.

Cargue como extras en la plataforma del resort desayuno, comida y cena para los 4 días, sin embargo, el primer día llegamos en la madrugada y el último día compramos una cena a la orilla del río. A pesar de que no se ocuparon todas las comidas las tuvimos que pagar, esto nos pareció un poco injusto

"Tolles Hotel, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden!"

Super Lage direkt neben dem Nationalpark, eingebetet in die natürliche Vegetation zwischen Strand und Savanne, wirklich beeindruckend. Wir haben sogar einen kleinen Elefanten in der Hotelanlage gesehen, da führt nämlich ein Pfad direkt daneben vorbei. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem das Essen, das wirklich toll und in ausreichender Auswahl zur Verfügung stand. Das Servicepersonal ist ebenfalls grandios. Zusammengefasst hatten wir eine gute Zeit in dem Hotel!

Durch die Lage am Nationalpark ist man gut 20km von der nächsten Ortschaft entfernt, ist grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber vllt zu bedenken, das es keine ATM oder Supermärkte in der nähe gibt.
