Cinnamon Wild Yala

The experience was really good. All meals were really tasty and delicious. Staff was really friendly and supportive. My sister lost her sunglasses and one of the staff (Pool staff -Mr. Kosala) kept it and returned it safely.

Well, if you like to spend some time at beach after 6, this might not be the best place. Personally, i like to sit on beach and spend some quality time but because of wild-animals roaming around and for safety reasons, no one is allowed to go to beach after 6-6.30pm. Swimming or bathing in sea is strictly prohibited because of rough sea currents.

The food was extremely delicious. Great Sri Lankan and Western Buffet. The chefs truly know their craft. Thanks to Rovindra for the excellent room service!

The restaurant is extremely busy in the evening.

Alojamento muito perto da entrada para o parque nacional, junto a um lago onde existe muita wild life: logo à chegada conseguimos ver muitos pássaros, um pelicano, crocodilos e um búfalo. Piscina com espreguiçadeiras com vista para o lago. Restaurante com buffet de jantar com imensa variedade e comida saborosa, embora as ventoinhas disponíveis no local não permitissem a climatização completa do espaço. Quarto moderno, bem cuidado e confortável. Camas confortáveis, chuveiro óptimo com boa pressão e água quente. Rooftop onde se pode beber um cocktail com happy hour e vista para o lago. Agendamos um Safari através do alojamento, que foi óptimo, vimos imensos animais, com pequeno almoço e almoço incluídos.

Piscina pequena, com muitas folhas (rodeada de árvores por isso compreende-se), e algo degradada nos azulejos das bordas. Alguns mosquitos na zona do rooftop por ser aberta.

You are in the middle of a forest. So it is a luxury experience, while being very close to wildlife. The property is beautiful, proximity to beach and lake make it even more endearing. There will be peacocks taking strolls by your side. The staff is great and accommodated our requests well.

The location and hospitality.

No clothes hanging hooks inside the shower area make a bit uncomfortable when families with kids.

We had an incredible stay at Cinnamon Wild Yala. The location is unbeatable right on the edge of Yala National Park, which made it feel like a true safari experience even when relaxing at the hotel. We regularly saw wildlife around the property, including monkeys, etc. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well integrated into the natural surroundings. The pool area was lovely and a great place to unwind after an early morning safari. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout, and the food offered a good variety with both local and international options.
