Servicegebühr von 5% bei Zahlung mit internationalen Karten. Kein Housekeeping in vier Tagen. Kein Toilettenpapier. Nur ein Duschtuch. Keine Handtücher oder Trockentuch für die Füße. Weiterhin gab es kein Bezug für die Bettdecke. Da ist selbst die indische Bahn weiter. Jeder sleeper Fahrgast erhält eigene frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche. Regelmäßig ist die Sicherung gekommen und der Strom war weg. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht. Bei Preisen von ca 4000 inr pro Nacht sollte mehr Service und oder Frühstück enthalten sein. Die Englischkenntnisse der Mitarbeiter sind nur rudimentär. Für internationale Reisende nicht zu empfehlen.

It was a great experience. The staff was very cordial and they helped with everything. The room was spacious, clean and every other facility is available.

Schöne große und saubere Zimmer! Sehr hilfsbereites Personal! Lage direkt im Zentrum und fußläufig zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Trotz zentraler Lage liegt das Hotel in einer kleinen ruhigen Nebenstraße!

Very clean, Great staff and location

Some improvements in the restaurant would improve the experience, but it was off season so not many guests

Habitación grande y cómoda, baño muy grande con ducha estupenda (la mejor hasta ahora en la India), ubicación cercana a puntos de interés, terraza muy agradable. Tuvimos algún problema con la llave de la habitación pero lo solucionaron. Relación calidad-precio increíble.

Everything was very clean and nice. Even the staff were really cordial and helpful. If you have a longer stay plans, you consider this hotel.

The location of the property is the only minus point. Given that location drawback, they can include a complimentary breakfast in the current tariff. Besides as per the hotel staff, booking.com doesn’t display the option of their bike pickup drop from a point where the road becomes very tiny lanes
