Staff were kind and tried their best. It’s set in a lovely building . The rooftop part that was unfinished provided a nice private place for a drink and great views.

Cleanliness. The room they put us in had dirty sheets and no window. They changed the sheets and then there was hair on the ‘clean’ pillows and sheets. When we got back from dinner they said they had upgraded us to a nicer room which we gladly accepted. The bathroom in this room was dirty - urine on the seat and shower had not been cleaned . Clumps of hair in the bathroom and dust and dirt. Walking barefoot in the room dirtied my feet. We asked them to clean in the am and we left for a few hours - as we returned they wanted to clean. When they did clean later it was still dirty. The rooftop ‘restaurant’ was messy with straws and serviette’s on the floor - we didn’t brace the food but the view was a great place to drink our beers. The bathroom at reception was filthy and had someone’s toothbrush and personal products. I didn’t feel comfortable using it.It seemed like it’s being used as a home and not maintained instead of a hotel albeit the building is beautiful and finished to a high standard. I am specific and notice details but I expect after one incident like the sheets for everything to be smooth and double checked. I feel sorry for the staff as they were very kind and were trying heir best.

Beautiful spacious clean rooms, great location, big rooftop, friendly polite and kind staff. We loved our stay.

Nothing, it was really great

Great hotel, comfy beds and modern clean rooms, we kept on extending our stay and even ended up staying for diwali

Nothing was good. The staff was not trained and the owner was trying to milk and get more money offering window less room Online they show fort view and name says heritage property but everything is bad

Everything They gave a room with no window Pigeons were distrubing throughout night Couldn't sleep They said they will upgrade to another room with a window and later charged me Rs 1000 per night Cheated me Food whatever you wanted was not available It's not a heritage property The staff was useless and the owner was no where but would speak to staff only. Vehicle cannot reach property at all Don't promote this property ever
