Nice clean new hotel in a perfect location right at the heart of Jodphur. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

It is relatively new hotel, quality of fittings and fixtures was very good.

The attention to detail was poor, nowhere to hang towels in bathroom. No mat so floor wet. Every day when they ‘cleaned’ they removed old soap but didn’t provide new or replacement toilet rolls. Had to ask. Only one towel provided for 2people. Did not clean the room. Staff try to be helpful but don’t understand English. Overall needs a shake up!

The room and hotel is new but needs alot of work

Isn’t 4 stars. No breakfast menu, charged for juice that was extra and not included in breakfast included. Be very aware of this hotel. No car parking and is in middle of a little street. Very disappointing, requesting all guests to sign and produce identification. Food was disgusting had to ask for water bottle which we were charged for and requested towels which they were hesitant to provide. No hand towels, room not cleaned and dust everywhere.

Very good hotel. Perfect location, clean rooms and a beautifull roof terrace with view on the castle. Kind personel.

No Restaurants or Foding Arrangements . To have any Food you have to go 1km.

Good hotel interior n hospitality is too good The staff was so kind n the owner is personally taking care of the guest.
