Cana yakın insan denize ve cluplara yürüme mesafesi sadece 5 dakika kendi evimdeymiş gibi hissettim çatı katında beraber kendileriyle BARBÜKÜ ve alkol içtik gezmemiz gereken yerleri kendilerine sorduk ve bize çok yardımcı oldular her konuda yardımcı oldular tekrar tekrardan bir daha orada konaklama yapacağım

We had a wonderful stay at this villa — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic: just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and only 2 minutes to nearby hotels, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made everything super convenient. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a family stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located base near the coast!

Everything is fantastic.

Our stay was excellent- the location is amazing and the apartment was clean and simply great. The common terrace upstairs is also a nice addition and the owner/manager is pleasant

The only tiny issue I had was that the air conditioning couldn’t reach all the rooms but I think that’s apartment specific and it doesn’t really matter

We had a last minute cancellation of the accomodation previously booked, so we booked stay at Villa Maxima while standing in front of it - room was ready for us in 30min, which was not the case with few other places we tried, so that was much appreciated. Superfriendly and helpful staff. We used the possibility to store luggage after check out, which was of big help. Big rooftop on the top floor with sunbeds was a nice addition. Good location in the city center.

Room was smaller than mentioned on booking.com, AC available only in the living room and not in the bedroom. Otherwise everything ok.
