Absolutely perfect stay! Villa Maxima exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The location is great — peaceful yet just a short distance from the city center and the beach. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back!”

We had an amazing 2-day stay in Budva, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible host, Bertan! The apartment was just what we needed—comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and not one but two private terraces (a small one and a large one), which made it perfect for relaxing at any time of day. On top of that, the building has a shared rooftop terrace with a stunning view—especially during Budva’s yearly carnival! It was the perfect spot to unwind, meet other guests, and even enjoy live music, a BBQ, and a bar. But what really made the trip special was Bertan himself. He truly was THE MAN. Super kind, communicative, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations, helped us find a cheap parking spot, and even took us out partying in the old town. He made sure we were safe when it mattered and was always looking out for us. If you're heading to Budva, we highly recommend staying here—both the place and the host were top-notch!

The location of this apartment was perfect - right in the centre of Budva. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

1. The furniture was very old and some was broken 2. There is one small, very small TV in the apartment that was not even working 3. The bathroom suffered from flood and there were stains on the ceiling 4.The price is high for what it offers

The location is probably the best thing about Villa Maxima. Because basically everything is at walking distance. And you don't need to climb any hills) and you don't need to take an extremely expensive taxi to get to anything you would like to visit along the seashore or in the center and come back to your place. The hosts are very friendly, kind, delicate and helpful and not annoying or disturbing.

There were some small things that needed to be fixed around the apartment like water taps.
