Extremely well located beautiful hotel

アカウント悪用されて取られた予約です。電話で説明してもbookingcomからの連絡があってもキャンセルにならなかったです。ホテル側の対応が非常に悪かったです。最終的に誰が自分の名義で泊まりに行ったかもわかりません。あんなにお金さえあればどうでもいいホテルは一生泊まりたくないです。

Loved the hi tech nature of the hotel… especially the robot who delivered room service. Thought the wifi could have been better and no one told us about the restaurants. Didn’t realise breakfast was an option

Amazing hospitality and went the extra mile to wish me a happy birthday. So thoughtful! The beef burger was outstanding

Hotel is very modern, new and in a fantastic location in the middle of the city and very close to the Railway Station and amenities. We had a suite that was large and very well decorated and included a balcony screened in by a small garden which gave it a genuine feel of added space and true Japanese ambiance. Facilities in the suite were excellent. The balcony faced the Railway Station which was noisy with the door open but with really good glazing no sound could be heard when the door was closed. Rooms therefore are quiet and way bigger when compared to other hotels in Japan.

The hotel has 2 restaurants and a cafe and all were problematic for food quality and selection. The Italian themed restaurant was expensive for average quality and the key Japanese restaurant was beautifully decorated but the food was very expensive and way below par on quality. Breakfast choices were again limited with only the Italian themed restaurant offering a very limited and expensive option. We just have cereal and fruit for breakfast and at $60 a go was forgetable. Lifts can become crowded when package groups come in all at once which was a regular afternoon occurrence.

It is extremely clean, everything smells good. The Japanese style room is amazing, spacious, well decorated, the garden is so nice. The staff is polite and well trained. It is really a special place!
