The room i was offered smelt very old and damp eventhough it was immaculate, it's just an old building I guess, I ended up sharing a bed with my friend as the smell in room 1 was too much for me

Close to the beach and in Kemptown, this is perfect. Charming, comfortable, clean. All good. They even stored my bike. Above and beyond.

"Apart from the hard mattress everything else was spot on"

Great location for visiting Brighton. We booked to go to a concert at the Brighton centre. Everything was in walking distance.

Personal preference but the bed was too hard for us. Otherwise we really liked it.
