Really lovely renovated rural barn/stable Felt very comfortable. Able to do some washing. Comfortable bed and linens Good communications and instructions. Would visit again

The location was just what we wanted. Very rural, down a small country road. Very quiet at night. The allocated parking space is right outside the front door. The property is a perfect size. A good size living room as you walk in, with comfortable furniture. A well laid out kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Bathroom is a decent size, as is the bedroom. The host was very friendly, providing me with a phone charger, after I forgot mine. And also taking us to see his family's Shetland Ponies.

The mattress on the bed was very soft and quite lumpy. The shower could also do with replacing. Not much power and didn't really get warm.

Incredibly quiet location, down the road from the village of Ash. Comfortable and spacious, nice mix of modern and rustic, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space to stretch out. Reasonable value for money for this party of Kent.

If you're used to rolling over at night without disturbing your partner, this isn't the bed for you. Comfortable otherwise. We were surprised to find used soap in the bathroom and no handwash provided there or in the kitchen.

Very clean, comfy, lovely place to stay! Well kitted out. Will definitely be back.
