Solara Villa Sanur

Property is only a short walk to the beach which is great.

We experienced many problems with the property during our stay. The showers didn’t turn on. I messaged the property manager and he tried to fix the shower to no avail. He suggested sending the property owner a message to ask for a partial refund for the inconvenience. I messaged 2 weeks ago, and am yet to hear anything back from the owner. The pool was dirty, and there was a basin missing in the downstairs bathroom. The place is an absolute disgrace considering the price you are paying. Would not recommend staying here.

Brilliant location close to mall, beach, cafes, restaurants - beautiful styling, spacious, modern, great smart tv, good wifi, cold air-conditioning, lovely staff, good communications, beautiful pool area. Nice daily breakfast with fresh juice and fruit and bread. Large fridge/freezer and filtered chilled and boiling water dispenser in the kitchen.

There seems to be a lot of water/drainage issues, the water pressure in the showers was non existent if you had hot water so you either have a cold, strong shower or warm/trickling. Downstairs toilet runs non stop, loudly and needs to be flushed to re set it. Flooding from drain in entrance. Pool had issues with moss on the floor that required daily cleaning by the pool guy - it was unusable on our first day but improved each day with reduced volume of moss gathering after cleaning. Lots of damp/water damaged walls in wet areas.

Zimmer teilweise etwas abgewohnt. Wir hatten für 5 Personen gebucht. 1 Bett im Erdgeschoß/Wohnbereich - ok ABER keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Wahrnehmbarer Kanalgeruch in den Bädern

Great location and really friendly staff.

Dodgy hot water, flooding bathrooms and no sink in the downstairs toilet (just exposed pipes).

The location was absolutely perfect. A 2 minute walk (if that) to Icon Mall, a great Cafe at the end of the laneway and set back enough from the main street for a peaceful and private stay. The Villa was extremely well maintained, and Edy(??) was very friendly and met us on site to run us through all the features of the Villa.

The Pool was in the shade for 90% of the day which was a little too cold for the kids to stay in for much longer than a few minutes at a time.

Our host was friendly and was waiting for us. The villa is beautiful, very comfortable and in a great location. Close to the beach, restaurants, bar and Icon shopping mall. Bed are very comfortable!

Location was perfect. Beds were good. Super close to Icon mall. Pool was good. Lots of things are handy to this location. Staff were friendly

Water system was unreliable for hot water, it made these funny pump noises which I have not experienced in Bali before. The place was a bit more run down then we were expecting. Basin was missing downstairs. Breakfast was not unique enough.

Pool was very cold. Gets no sun on it.
