"Exceptional"

The location is perfect as it is between Tamblingan and the beach. The place was really comfortable and felt secure. The pool was beautiful and clean. Edy and Deearne (sp?) were lovely and really helpful.

Plumbing and odours can be a bit of a challenge in Bali. The pipes tended to bang when anyone turned on a tap (including in surrounding villas). The shower didn’t drain properly (ankle deep) so we ended up using the shower attachment in the freestanding bath, which was fine. Unfortunately the smell got quite bad in the bathroom after a few days-managed this by briefly running the water in the shower, keeping bathroom door open and opening the sliding doors in the bedroom (when we weren’t there, of course).

"Good on pictures but not very pleasant to stay"

Location very good next to mall and beach. Villa is design

Pool very cold. WiFi on and off. Constant noise of water pump all day and night. We only stayed 1 night but it was not a good rest. Breakfast very simple, only fruits and 1 juice basically.

"Exceptional Villa private Oasis"

The villa was exceptional, bright clean and comfortable. great view from balcony, pool was clean and inviting. very close to ICON shopping center and beach. Host edy was increadible. We arrived and there was a power outage, Edy kept in contact constantly until the power came back on, thank you Edy you are one in a million, The floating breakfast that was organised was a great anniversary surprise for my wife

The property was amazing! The location is perfect, 30second walk and you are on the Main Street of Sanur for all the restaurants and shopping. The villa was great, we had 4 adults and 1 child on the sofa which could easily fit a teenager. Edy the property manager was excellent to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. Villa is brand new, pool is good size. Staff were brilliant

Hot Water pressure could be a little better and breakfast could have a little more variety
