Bell Road

A spotlessly clean and pleasantly furnished property. The house had pretty much everything we needed apart from food and clothes. It was a pleasant place to stay and located on a quiet estate.

A rather characterless new build house although to be fair we booked based on location alone as we needed accommodation in the town to visit relatives.

Well appointed house in good quiet area. Close to great attractions such as Locomotion in nearby Shildon and the beautiful city of Durham.

Information could have been clearer about the location of the key safe, instructions for the heating and the location of the designated parking spot. There were a couple of loose locks. Our son got locked in the upstairs loo and the front door wouldn't lock. We fixed both problems ourselves.

Fantastic place, great location, everything we could want was there. Very clean, plenty of space and excellent facilities. Even provided a lovely welcome pack of biscuits, tea and coffee!

New and fresh and plenty of bathrooms

Bins full and bin placed out by us was not emptied as not the right bin. The only bin on the property is a recycle bin, what’s needed is a general bin as the bin was smelling. Dishwasher would be a lovely addition. Parking hit and miss as no designated parking, all used by residents. No instructions for cooker.
