La habitación, la zona del restaurante, la vegetación, la tranquilidad y calma del lugar.

El acceso al hotel no tiene una vía asfaltada, cuando llueve se forma mucho barro, espero puedan gestionar la pavimentación de la zona con la municipalidad o gobierno local, hay una universidad al costado, eso debería estar asfaltado.

El personal que atiende es muy dedicado y preocupado por la atención. Todo está en excelentes condiciones higiénicas, limpio y ordenado. el lugar conecta muy bien con la naturaleza, al estar lejos de la calle principal, no se siente el fuerte sonido del tráfico. Tienen un guacamayo bien simpático y permiten conocer las instalaciones sin mayores inconvenientes. La comida es buena, la piscina esta limpia Aire acondicionado espectacular . Tuve la oportunidad de estar con poca gente por lo que la experiencia fue muy agradable y especial. Me recibieron con un jugo de cortesía a la entrada, llevaron las maletas a la habitación y la atención de la señorita de recepción fue muy clara y explicativa.

Como mejora continua, es importante asegurar que el agua caliente esté 100% en todas las habitaciones. Existen habitaciones que cerca del bar puede incomodar el ruido de la preparación de jugos o clientes consumiendo. Eso podría solucionarse con ventanas termopanel en aquellas habitaciones cerca de la piscina. También los focos de luz del comedor, dan hacia las habitaciones 108 y 109, eso podría incomodar en la noche por no estar en total oscuridad. Eso se soluciona fácilmente con cortinas blackout.
