Location and cleanliness

Untrained staff. Poor F&B service

Fairly new property with very helpful staff. Location was central to Panjim.

The property was showing sign of age or maybe lack of maintenance. We had 2 rooms and these were the issues with the rooms: 1. Auto lights - It has an annoying motion sensor light system which is meant to switch the lights off when no one is in the room. But randomly switches on all the lights in the middle of the night. This happens at least 3 times a night in each room. 2. The ironing board was broken and the iron wouldn’t heat up - with a loud beep, in one room. 3. Aircond was not cold and the rooms never reached dropped below 23.5C. 4. Fridges in both rooms didn’t work. 5. Water gets out of the shower door in both rooms so the bathroom is wet. 6. The queen room had frosted glass doors for the shower and toilet cubicles but the twin share had clear glass. Maybe it should be the other way around. It’s located in the CBD so not the best location for leisure. A bit of a messy spot. I think if you are in Goa for business, you may stay there.

The staff , the food

You carpets should be cleaned after every check out , out room carpet was honestly dirty , really really sorry to say that . Noise proofing should be added to the rooms we could hear everything from morning to night , ( the construction work and the music ) Hard to sleep

Staff were very caring, I asked for a antiseptic for a small cut, however, a staff showed with full first aid box and dressed the cut. I was touched by their warmth. Their buffet bfast was good and dinner a la Carte, even for a vegetarian.
