Staff friendliness, particularly Nibaran on the front desk. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread and staff was good too.

Bathroom sliding doors were a bit odd but got used to it! Smell in the room was sometimes stong of mould/rotten. Also noticeable in the hotel corridors so maybe something to do with air circulation. I lost my jacket on day of checking out, and it took several days and chasing emails for the hotel to respond, which was disappointing.

Location as per Goa is not beach side.
