So beautifully appointed and in a lovely spot for dog walking. Spotlessly clean and such comfortable beds.

Not really any negatives although agree with a couple of the other reviews in that it would have been nice to have had an enclosed area for the dog and another two seater sofa in the lounge would have made things more comfortable. But this really is an exceptional property.

It was very well appointed and felt very homely too. We used it as a base for LEGOLAND and Windsor for 3 days - it’s a 25 min drive to them. Felt so relaxing there after full on, fun days, perfect!

This is a minor point but can become important - the cushion seats on the sofa slip off and you keep ending up on the floor- it makes for an unrelaxing end to the day. It just needs Velcro attached and it will be fine - worth doing.

A bit far to walk into town - but no problem getting a uber

Better seating in sitting room. Only one sofa and one chair so not ideal for 4 of us. Better utensils, ie only 2 egg cups between four of us. Just 4 dinner plates and 4 side plates so no extra for putting things out on table. No milk in fridge and a long way out of town to get some. Other properties we've stayed in have provided this

Beautiful location and very quiet, with lark song for company

None of the outdoor rear lights were working, nor was the firefighter. Also, there is only a microwave/ combo oven. TIP: don’t take frozen croissants for your breakfast 😂

Lovely property and the owners were extremely helpful and looked after us during our stay.
