Good base for a night stay

Bit rough around the edges, needs a bit of TLC

Living area not bad.

Kitchen fridge iced over so couldn’t use it and old fridge still next to it.curtains hanging off rails .No mattress or pillow protectors on all badly stained.

Good location and access to shops

It wasn’t very clean. I contacted the host as the beds hadn’t been changed and dirty towels left around bin not empty stunk of cigarette smoke when we walked in I was told that a cleaner would be round whilst we were out and they wiped the sides in the kitchen folded the dirty towels up and pt them on the side or in a drawer 2 of us ended up sleeping on the settee and it was lucky I had a blanket in my car.

Space, decor, lovely bedding, lovely bathrooms.

Nothing, but could be improved by having more items in kitchen, eg cloths, tea towels, bin bags, washing powder. We were nervous with the curtains in the lounge as they look like they need fixing. The bins out front were completely full so we had to leave our rubbish to the side.

Not much facilities for making coffee or tea

Le logement correspond aux photos, il est spacieux, lumineux et proche de Liverpool dans un quartier calme. Nous avons aussi apprécié la disponibilité de l'hôte car il y avait eu un contre temps avec la femme de ménage, le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Aussi, l'hôte a été très réactif et nous a fait un geste commercial. Merci !

Les points à améliorer: un nettoyage de fond serait un plus pour le logement (moquette, canapé par exemple) ainsi que la literie : avoir des draps qui protègent davantage le matelas et pourquoi pas des matelas un peu plus confort :)
