Property in need of up date, tv in bed room not working not enuff mirrors no hair dryer curtians in living room need fixing trays in oven been used, toilet room wash basin unit need securing no plug, in need of roller blinds in bath room toilet

Good location near shops, pubs, takeaways and beach. 30 minute walk along the prom to New Brighton. Lovely little sun trap out the back.

The property had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, with local bus services a couple of minutes away. There is a Tesco at the top of the road also.

Had difficulty opening the front door but it was remedied quickly by the cleaner coming over and showing us how to open it. However, to save her coming back over it would have been better to speak to her on the phone because it was relatively simple to get in once you knew!

For us the location was perfect. Very near where our grandchildren live and within walking distance of the Floral Pavilion. Easy to get to the city center.

Because of an apparent problem with the cleaners app the house had not been cleaned when we arrived. This was made worse by the fact that the previous occupiers had left a mess everywhere. Piles of rubbish in kitchen, washing up left on side, food in fridge and freezer, beer cans and water bottles left all over the house, mess on floors in every room. Curtain in large front bedroom had been pulled down and was on floor in downstairs passage. Curtains throughout house not fixed properly, light switch in main bedroom dangerous, sink in toilet does not empty properly and no plug. Whole house needs some TLC.

Great house. Easily slept 7. Good shower, clean towels and bedding. Warm. Great price. Short walk to New Brighton. Would definitely book again.

It was very clean and spacious, the house had central heating and was lovely and warm. Tesco express and a couple of take ways.were close by.

It was 2.5 mile to new Brighton beach didn't really have A river view except through houses at the end of the road. The beds were hard and the curtains hanging off the rails the finish was a bit rough in places. Miss matched crockery and cutlery. OK
